Draft: some business details on this page are not filled in yet (10 missing). The website owner must add them before accepting payments.

Who provides the service

The website is run by [Owner to fill: Legal name of the business or owner (as on PAN / GST)], [Owner to fill: Full physical address (building, street, area)]. Print orders sent through the upload page on this website are printed and handed over by Manish Online Service Centre.

Print orders

  • You choose files, paper, colour, layout and copies; the page shows a preview and the full price before you send the order. The price is calculated by the server from the shop's published rates.
  • Check the preview carefully. The printed result follows the preview, but colours on paper can look slightly different from your screen.
  • After sending, you get an order code. Show it at the counter to collect and pay (if not already paid).
  • The shop may refuse or cancel an order it cannot print, for example if a file is damaged, password-protected or breaks these terms. If you already paid online, the refund policy applies.

What you may upload

You are responsible for the files you upload. Do not upload anything that is illegal, that you do not have the right to copy, that is obscene, that copies currency, stamps or official documents in a fraudulent way, or that harms another person's privacy. The shop may refuse such orders and may report them where the law requires. Do not upload viruses or try to break the website.

Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
  • You may pay at the counter, by scanning the shop's UPI payment QR, or online through Razorpay when the shop has turned it on.
  • An order is marked paid only after the payment is confirmed: by Razorpay's verified payment signal, or by the shop after it checks that the UPI money has arrived. Scanning a QR code alone does not mark an order paid.
  • Payment providers' own terms also apply to your payment.

Collection

Printed orders are collected in person at the shop counter; there is no home delivery. See the shipping & delivery policy. Please collect your order within 7 days. Files of collected orders are deleted on the schedule in the privacy policy; keep your own copy of your files.

Licences for shops

  • A licence lets one shop use QR Printer for the term bought (30 or 365 days). It is a one-time purchase and does not renew automatically.
  • Signed licence keys are tied to one Shop ID and must not be shared, sold or used for another shop.
  • When a licence ends, the shop's counter dashboard and existing orders stay available; taking new customer orders may pause until the licence is renewed.
  • We aim to keep the software working but do not promise it will be free of errors or always available. Keep regular backups of your data folder.

Limits of liability

To the extent Indian law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and for a licence to the licence fee paid. We are not liable for indirect losses, for content you uploaded, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (such as power, internet or printer failure). Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Intellectual property

The QR Printer software, design and text belong to their owners. You keep all rights in the files you upload; you allow the shop to copy them only to print your order.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to solve any problem. If it cannot be solved, the courts at [Owner to fill: City whose courts handle disputes] have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.

Contact and grievances

Email [Owner to fill: Support email], phone [Owner to fill: Support phone] ([Owner to fill: Support hours (e.g. Mon–Sat, 10 am – 7 pm)]). Grievance officer: [Owner to fill: Grievance officer name], details on the contact page.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one shown when you send your order or buy your licence.
