Questions shop owners ask
Do customers need to install an app?
No. Customers scan the QR code at your counter and the upload page opens in their phone's browser. It works on Android phones, iPhones and computers.
Which files can customers send?
Photos in JPG, PNG and WebP format and PDF documents, up to 20 files per order and 25 MB per file. Word files can be saved as PDF first.
How does the shop print the order?
Open the order on your shop computer and download one print-ready PDF. It already has the paper size, collage layout and copies the customer chose, so you print it once with your normal printer.
Who sets the price per page?
You do. Set your own colour and black-and-white rates for A4, A3 and 4×6 photo paper. Customers see the exact price before they send the order.
Is the licence a subscription?
No. Each licence is a one-time purchase for 30 or 365 days for one shop. Nothing renews automatically.
What happens to customer files?
Files are stored with random names, are never shown in search engines and can only be opened by signed-in shop staff. You can delete an order's files with one tap, and collected orders are cleaned up automatically.
