Shipping & Delivery Policy
We do not courier or post anything. Here is how each service is delivered.

Print orders — collected at the counter
- Prints are handed over in person at Manish Online Service Centre, [Owner to fill: Full physical address (building, street, area)].
- Most orders are ready the same day, often within minutes, during shop hours ([Owner to fill: Support hours (e.g. Mon–Sat, 10 am – 7 pm)]). The tracking page for your order code shows Received, Printing, Ready and Collected.
- There are no shipping or delivery charges. The price you see before sending is the full price.
- Please collect within 7 days. Uncollected prints may be discarded after that, and the refund policy applies.
Licence keys — delivered digitally
- Licence keys are sent by email or WhatsApp to the contact details you gave, within 1 working day after the payment is confirmed.
- You enter the key in Shop sign-in → Settings → Licence. No physical item is shipped.
- If you have not received your key in time, contact us with your payment reference.
Service area
We serve customers in India. Payments are accepted in Indian Rupees only.
