How it works

From a customer's phone to your printer in under a minute

Here is every step, for the customer and for the shop.

For customers

  1. 1

    Scan the QR code

The QR code at the counter opens the shop's upload page in the phone browser. No app or login.

  2. 2

    Upload files

Pick photos (JPG, PNG, WebP) or PDF documents — up to 20 files, 25 MB each. Thumbnails appear at once.

  3. 3

    Choose options on one page

Paper size, colour or black-and-white, one per page or collage (2, 4, 6, 8 or 9), copies of each photo, copies of the whole job, and fit or fill.

  4. 4

Check the live preview and price

The sheet preview and price update with every tap, using the shop's own rates.

  5. 5

    Send and track

Add a name and phone if you like, send the order and keep the code. The page shows Received, Printing, Ready and Collected.

For the shop

  1. 1

    Sign in at the counter

Open /operator on the shop computer and enter the shop PIN.

  2. 2

    Watch the queue

New orders appear on their own with the code, time, pages and price.

  3. 3

    Download one print-ready PDF

The PDF already has the customer's paper size, layout and copies. Print it once.

  4. 4

    Update the status

Tap Printing, Ready and Collected. The customer's tracking page follows.

  5. 5

    Clean up

Delete the order's files after handover, or let the automatic clean-up do it.

Fit or fillFit whole photo, Fill & cropFit shows the whole photo with white space; fill covers the space and trims the edges.

Private by design

Uploaded files get random names, are never listed by search engines and can only be opened by signed-in shop staff through links that expire after about an hour. The public tracking page shows only the order status — never the customer's name or phone number.
